Our ballet classes offer a high level of classical ballet education that focuses on technique, artistry, and performance. Our experienced instructors prepare students for a professional career.

Pointe classes are by invitation only and intended for dancers who have shown adequate physical strength and technique. 

Students will learn choreography from different ballets and will practice developing artistry and technique within the variation.

This class focuses on exercises designed to strengthen the weaknesses that dancers often have. The goal is to create overall strength and endurance and to maximize control through movement. 

This class will help increase mobility and flexibility with a combination of dynamic and static stretching.

This class focuses on movement as a physical expression of emotion, allowing students to explore a range of movement and interpretive style.

This class focuses on training and strengthening the feet and the entire body with the goal to help maintain correct body alignment and to help prepare and to continue to get stronger for pointe shoes. 

This class we will work on enhancing the dancer's technique in jumps and turns. They will practice proper body alignment and build better balance, stability, and strength.

Floor-barre is a ballet training technique that takes the basic ballet barre training from the standing position to the floor. It is an ideal way to prepare and maintain the body for ballet, strengthening and lengthening, whilst increasing turnout, flexibility and proper form.
