Jonelle is a certified Russian Vaganova Ballet and Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) instructor and a freelance professional principal ballet dancer.

Jonelle's passion for dance ignited at the age of 4 when she embarked on her journey studying ballet, jazz, and lyrical, and delving into the exciting world of competitive dance.

Her dedication to the art of ballet blossomed at 6, leading her to specialize in classical ballet under rigorous training. Throughout her student career, Jonelle has graced the stage with versatility, embodying a myriad of roles in renowned productions like David Allan's Nutcracker, showcasing her talent as Doll, Chinese Soloist, Snow Soloist, Waltz of the Flowers Soloist, Mirliton, Dew Drop Fairy and Arabian Soloist and in ballets such as Swan Lake and Cinderella.

Her pursuit of excellence led her to train at esteemed institutions like the School of American Ballet, the School of Ballet Arizona, Broadway Dance Center, Steps on Broadway and City Ballet of San Diego honing her skills in Classical Ballet, Contemporary, Modern, Horton, Jazz, Lyrical, Musical Theater, Ballroom, Flamenco and Character.

Jonelle's exceptional talent shone brightly as she was recognized as one of the top 10 dancers at the prestigious Youth America Grand Prix, earning the opportunity to perform in The Stars of Today Meet The Stars of Tomorrow gala, dancing to a sold-out show at the David H. Koch Theater in New York, home to New York City Ballet.

In addition to her stellar achievements on stage, Jonelle's grace and poise have captured the hearts of audiences beyond the dance floor, as she has been featured in campaigns for leading dancewear brands including Discount Dance and Kandi Kouture.

She currently serves as the director of the Studio Company at California School of Classical Ballet, where she showcases her leadership skills and artistic vision. In her role as the administrative assistant and instructor at CSCB, Jonelle shares her expertise, fostering the next generation of dancers with her commitment to excellence and unwavering dedication to the art of dance. She has obtained full certification in the Russian Vaganova ballet technique and Progressing Ballet Technique and continues to further her studies of dance to help inspire students to reach their full potential in a nurturing and creative environment.

She continues to take on professional freelance guest principal roles such as Dew Drop Fairy, Arabian Soloist, Sugarplum Fairy, Swanhilda in Coppelia, Serenade, and an original work by choreographer Elizabeth Wistrich.

Jonelle's dedication to the art of dance and her multifaceted contributions to the ballet community truly set her apart in the industry.
